Shipping Insurance

• Shipping insurance is available for $50 per motorcycle.
• You can add shipping insurance during checkout.
• Shipping insurance covers freight damage or loss while your motorcycle is in transit.
• Thumpstar accepts no responsibility for freight damage where shipping insurance has not been purchased.
• Customers who decline shipping insurance accept all freight risk.
• We highly recommend adding shipping insurance for complete peace of mind.

Team Global Express Depot Australia Wide

• Flat rate freight to a Team Global Express depot is $279 per standard pit bike.
• Shipping for Quad Bikes and Big Bikes is $370 per bike.
• If you have a preferred Team Global Express depot, please leave a note during checkout.
• If no depot is selected, we will send your motorcycle to the nearest available Team Global Express depot.
• Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
• A ute, trailer or suitable vehicle is recommended for collection.

Authorised Thumpstar Dealer Build - $400

• Your motorcycle will be shipped via Team Global Express to your selected authorised Thumpstar dealer.
• The dealer will professionally assemble your motorcycle.
• Assembly by an authorised dealer qualifies for a 6-month parts warranty.
• Please allow an additional 1–2 weeks depending on workshop availability.
• You will be contacted once your motorcycle is ready for collection.

Delivery Procedure

• Your motorcycle will be securely packed and dispatched from our warehouse.
• Team Global Express will transport your order.
• A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent after dispatch.
• If your motorcycle is being assembled by a dealer, they will contact you once it is ready for pickup.

Residential Delivery - Starting from $299

• Have your motorcycle delivered directly to your home or business.
• Team Global Express may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive your shipment.
• Additional charges may apply if a delivery needs to be rebooked.

Warehouse Pickup

• Once payment has been confirmed, we will contact you with collection instructions.
• Pickup is available from our Bayswater, Perth warehouse during business hours.

Track Your Shipment

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Team Global Express tracking number by email.
